All-MWC Teams Announced

The Mountain West Conference today announced their All Conference football teams and (no surprise), Ray Feinga continued his string of successes with another conference accolade. It's Feinga's second straight year as a 1st Team selection and although offensive linemen are often the unsung heroes on football teams, Feinga always managed to standout amongst his peers.

I was surprised to find that Koa Misi was named as a 2nd Team selection considerig his dominance on the defensive line this year for the Utes. But Misi has another year to prove to NFL scouts and the nation that he is an oppressive force on defense.

The last name Asiata showed up on the all-conference lists but its not the Asiata you expected. Matt Asiata closed out the season with a great showing against BYU, but it was UNLV offensive lineman Johan Asiata that made the MWC honorable mention list, even on a team that performed way below expectations.
