Tongan Son Martens in for PI's

Tongan International Sililo Martens will replace Fiji's Mosese Rauluni in the Pacific Islanders' starting 15 for their upcoming test against Italy's Reggio Emilia. Martens is currently contracted with Llanelli Scarlets.
